High-Pressure CNG & Natural Gas Compression System
The DF-0.45/(8-10)-250 CNG Compressor is a high-pressure reciprocating compressor designed for CNG filling stations, natural gas boosting, gas recovery, pipeline applications, and industrial gas compression systems.
The compressor is engineered for natural gas with a typical composition of approximately 96% CH₄, 3% CO₂, H₂S below 21 ppm, and moisture content of 500–1000 ppm. It provides a nominal volume flow of 0.45 m³/min, equivalent to approximately 200 Nm³/h at 0.9 MPa, with a design flow of 0.35 m³/min.
With an inlet pressure range of 0.8–1.0 MPa.G and a design inlet pressure of 0.9 MPa.G, the compressor can deliver compressed gas at an exhaust pressure of up to 25.0 MPa.G.
