Description
The DFW-3.7/(8~12)-52 D-type air-cooled oil-free reciprocating compressor from Bengbu United Compressor adopts modular 2-row 3-stage compression for natural gas treatment.
It handles 50000-70000 Nm³/d gas, with 0.8~1.2MPa.G inlet, 5.2MPa.G discharge and a 200kW motor, fit for oil fields, shale gas and coalbed methane.
Approx. 6000×3400×2300 mm, around 15T skid-mounted unit, easy to transport and install for gas boosting and associated gas recovery.

Gray cast iron crankcase reserves multiple ports for oil filling, draining, level observation and temperature detection, fitted with an external manual drain ball valve.
Double middle body blocks lubricant from polluting gas medium. Cast iron/forged steel cylinder and cylinder head adopt oil-free design with axially arranged air valves.
