High-Pressure Compression Equipment for CNG Refueling Systems


The ZF-0.12/(30-200)-250 CNG Piston Compressor is designed for high-pressure natural gas compression in CNG filling stations and related gas storage systems.

Unlike conventional natural gas compressors used for general gas transportation, this unit focuses on increasing natural gas pressure for CNG refueling applications.

The compressor handles natural gas with a flow rate of approximately 400Nm³/h, supports a wide inlet pressure range of 3.0~20.0MPa.G, and delivers compressed gas up to 25.0MPa.G.

Equipped with a 30kW explosion-proof motor, the compressor adopts an oil-free reciprocating piston structure, providing a suitable solution for CNG stations requiring clean gas compression.
