NEPTUNE G and NEPTUNE G HP are a new generation of chillers and heat pumps that are hydraulically reversible, available in capacities ranging from 50 to 700 kW, and equipped with scroll compressors to meet the needs of any Comfort and Process application.
The new series flawlessly combines the use of the low-GWP refrigerant R454B with outstanding efficiency levels, particularly at part loads, in an incredibly compact frame, resulting in the ideal ecological option.

Benefits:

  1. The NEPTUNE G HEX chiller-only version is very efficient, with EER values up to 5.2 at full load, SEER up to 6.8, and SEPR HT up to 9.7. The NEPTUNE G HP heat pump version has COP values up to 4.5 and SCOP LT up to 6.5.

  2. R454B is a low-GWP refrigerant with wide operating limits. It can produce hot water up to +65 °C at ambient temperatures as low as -7 °C (dT ≤ 10 °C).

  3. Compact design (just 0.88 m wide)

  4. Very low noise level (down to -8 dB(A) for the S model).

Technical Specifications:

  1. Scroll compressors, stainless steel brazed plate evaporator with external insulation, flow switch (supplied loose), and antifreeze protection electric heater.

  2. Condenser: stainless steel brazed plate type, externally insulated, complete with flow switch (supplied loose).

  3. Microprocessor, communication card (RS485).

  4. Housing is built of galvanized base and pre-painted metal sheet with epoxy powder (sizes up to 041).

  5. Housing built with high gauge structure in galvanized steel (sizes range from 042 to 192);

  6. Electronic expansion valve.

Options:

  1. Compressor automatic circuit breakers, refrigerant gauges, phase failure protection relay, closed panel housing, Victaulic kit, and soft starter.

  2. Sea container kit.

  3. Features include automatic hydraulic pump switching and a leak detection.

  4. The evaporator side requires a low leaving water temperature kit below 0 °C, whereas the condenser side requires a high leaving water temperature kit above 65 °C.

  5. Ball valves on the discharge and liquid lines (only for the condenserless model).

Kits:

  1. Features include a remote control display, water strainer, water gauges, liquid receiver (available exclusively for condenserless models), and rubber anti-vibration mounts.
