Our Romak process pumps are designed to handle a variety of CLEAR and CLEAN chemical liquids with leak-free conveyance. These pumps are rigidly constructed and made with close tolerances. The Romak (RMK) pump is a magnetically driven pump.

Material of Construction (MOC)

  2. The pump shaft is built of stainless steel and tested according to ASTM A276, Type 316, and 316L. Other materials of construction (MOC) possibilities include ASTM A890/890M CD4MCuN-1B Duplex, Alloy ASTM B473 UNS8020, and ASTM A494 Hastelloy B.

Our pumps are used to handle a variety of chemical liquids. These pumps are rigidly constructed and made with close tolerances. GK(P) pumps are mostly employed in the process industries. End Suction Process Pump - i-CP

Our End Section Process Pump i-CP pumps feature a horizontal, radially split, single-stage centrifugal end-suction volute with top centerline delivery. The impeller is of the enclosed kind. The bearing housing is equipped with a support foot. As part of the normal supply, pre-lubricated anti-friction sealed bearings are used to support the pump shaft. i-CP pumps are designed without a mechanical seal or gland packing system, ensuring zero leakage from the stuffing box. This function is achieved through the creative design of the shaft sleeve, expeller, and fluid arrester.

Our End Section Process Pump KPD/KPDQF/KPDJ process pumps are used to move a variety of chemical liquids. These process pumps are rigidly constructed and built with close tolerances. However, appropriate installation, operation, and maintenance are all necessary to assure trouble-free service. KPD/KPDQF/KPDJ process pumps are either gland-packed or mechanically sealed. KPD pumps have an enclosed impeller (with casing cover for heating/cooling arrangement). KPD-QF pumps use a semi-open impeller, whereas KPD-J pumps have a jacketed delivery, casing, and casing cover.

DBxe is dimensionally consistent with EN733/DIN24255. The DBxe pump series is energy-efficient and meets EN 16480's minimum efficiency index (MEI) of 0.7 or higher for water pumps. The DBxe water pumps are either gland packed or mechanically sealed. Solid Handling Pump - SHM

Solid Handling Pump - SHM

 SHM solid handling pumps are single stage, single suction pumps with a back pull out type design. These are horizontal non-clog pumps while SHS are vertical non-clog pumps used for wet pit applications. The pump section is suspended by a column pipe which also protects the transmission shaft. These solid handling pumps can be offered with a column length up to 6.5 m. The impeller is single suction type non-clog, free flow dynamically balanced. SHM solid handling pumps have standard grease lubrication, although oil lubrication is also available as an option. In case of SHS pumps, the lubrication is grease based. The complete range of SHM solid handling pumps is covered by four driving units, thereby reducing inventory and achieving interchangeability of parts.

The UP series are horizontal split casing pumps with suction and discharge nozzles and supporting feet cast integrally into the lower half casing. Concrete Volute Pump - CVP
