ENER DRYER
Biogas dryers
Biogas flow 0,8 - 78,3 m³/min.
EnerDryer is specifically intended to dry the Biogas that will be used to power the co-generators and is highly compact and appropriate for outdoor installation. The dryer is supported by a strong galvanized steel beam structure, which includes an industrial chiller with an integrated hydraulic module and a thermally insulated drying system made up of a gas/water heat exchanger, an economizer exchanger, and a condensate separation and drain system. All parts in touch with the biogas are in stainless steel, which ensures stable and secure functioning over time.
Benefits:
-
The shell and tube heat exchangers made of AISI 304 are corrosion-resistant (biogas side).
-
Plug-and-play configuration for easy and quick installation.
-
Higher combustion efficiency in the CHP cogenerator, with reduced biogas usage;
-
Increased the duration of CHP cogenerator lubricating oil.
-
Eliminating condensate from biogas distribution lines reduces freezing concerns;
-
Reduction of corrosive phenomenon produced by the mixture of condensate, CO2, and H2S;
-
Reduced plant downtime and maintenance expenses.
-
Improved performance and duration of dry biogas filtering devices.
-
The "washing" effect removes some of the contaminants present in the biogas.
