The new thermal mass cycling refrigerated air dryers DE ETM are the optimum choice for treating high compressed air flow in all applications that need low energy consumption, dependability, and great performance.

Energy savings:
The DE ETM thermal mass technology enables the units to adapt their own energy consumption to the actual load, resulting in approximately 80% savings as compared to typical air dryers. DE ETM's energy-saving capacity can be further enhanced by activating the DDF system, an innovative microprocessor control technology that automatically regulates the DEW point based on the ambient temperature, in order to lower the absorbed power of the compressors.

The ETM DM are compressed air treatment modular devices that can communicate with one another using MASTER/SLAVE logic. Refrigeration air dryers

The HPDry has been specifically tested for high pressure drying applications (such as PET bottle manufacture). The very sturdy construction, which includes shell and tube heat exchangers and stainless steel pipes, assures safe and uninterrupted operation under any conditions.
HPDry is an energy-efficient drier because it takes advantage of the operating benefits of the thermal storage principle: a hydraulic vessel on the machine collects cold, acting as thermal storage. This allows the dryer to automatically adapt to air flow and ambient conditions, resulting in energy savings of 30 to 80% for partial loads. All HPDry models are made up from a chiller used to cool the compressed air passing through the gas/water shell and tube heat exchanger, allowing the moisture to be removed.
